I (as the artist) hold the right to use any artwork I create on my portfolios, social media, commission sheets, etc. If there is any issue with this, please communicate it with me!!!

I (as the artist) hold the right to claim all artwork made by me as my own

Artwork can take up to a couple days or up to a couple weeks to be finished. If you need a piece done before a certain date for any reason, please communicate this with me!!

You, the client, are free to share any artwork made as long as I receive proper credit

You, the client, must know what you want before requesting a commission. Please provide visual reference images if necessary

You, the client, acknowledge that prices can vary depending on how complex your request is.

You, the client, must communicate to me during the sketching phase what you want changed/revised (i don't want to give you something you're unhappy with,,,)

Payment must be given after I complete the sketch

If you, the client, request any major changes after the sketching phase, I may ask for additional payment

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read the TOS and are okay with everything stated above.
